In 1973, to support three-line construction , “Chinese Academy of Sciences Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry ”moved to Xiangfan and finally Wuhan，and thus Hubei Research institute of Chemistry （HRIC ）founded，which was direct supervised by CAS Wuhan Branch.
 

In 2002，HRIC was direct supervised by China Hubei Provincial Science & Technology Departmen
 

In 2008，Haiso Technology Co., Ltd was set up by the overall restructuring  of HRIC.
As a reform testing unit, HRIC was reconstructured by Hubei provincial government to Haiso Technology Co., Ltd—— a mixed-ownership, non-state-controlled joint-stock company. Haiso Technology Co., Ltd gets all the advantage of assets, rights &interests and talent of HRIC.
